Viadukt

For Viadukt sites (over Tessitura). One script replaces a vendored copy of the old Seat Preevue code: your seat modal passes what it already has, and everything venue-specific is set up on our side.

1. The script tag

?key=pk_live_… is optional; without it the script works keyless, from your registered domain.

2. The call

Where the seat modal called initSeatPreevue("preevue-viewer", venueKey, seatId), call:

• The target is the element (or its id) to draw the view in; it's found when drawing.
• Pass the raw values: we map Tessitura venue ids to venues, and build the seat key with each venue's own rules, so nothing is hard-coded per venue in your code.
• It resolves to { shown: true }, or { shown: false, reason } when there's no view; it never rejects.
• SeatPreevueViadukt.previewUrl(seat) gives a signed preview URL, or null. close() destroys the open view.

An auditorium we have no venue for shows "No view for this seat yet" instead of failing.

3. Register your domain

Send us the address of a page with the seat modal (live and staging).
