Authentication: a publishable (pk_live_…) or secret (sk_live_…) key, or no key (authenticated by the page’s Origin, or by the session). See Authentication.
Same content as the set's manifest.json, for partners that can't sign CDN requests. ETag; cached 1 hour.
A browser or keyless session's calls to this and resolveSeats share 120 a minute
(429 rate_limited); server sessions have no per-session limit (see Rate limits).
Authorization is optional for a keyless session (created by Origin alone, a key with
allowOriginOnly): the request then authenticates by the same Origin.
