Replace a grantee's own aliases on a venue it is granted

The calling tenant's (or, for an admin, tenantId's) tenant-scoped aliases on a venue it
holds an active grant for. Global types are the owner's (403 scope_insufficient); a
pinned imagerySet must be a set granted to the tenant (400). Written in one transaction
with a check that the grant is still active (409 conflict otherwise); an alias another
venue holds is 409 alias_conflict. A venue the tenant owns is 400 (use replaceVenue);
one it isn't granted is 404.
